PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Because all installations require regular maintenance, be it to manufacturers recommendations, site conditions, or gas or oil regulations, our fully equipped service vehicles are on call 24 hours a day for pre-determined call-outs or emergencies when needed. Also by our permanent on site staffing all year round.

BOILER SERVICING AND REPAIR

Our servicing department are trained to manufacturer’s standards and are qualified to comply with all the current legislation to carry out maintenance on a whole range of heating and hot water equipment, including floor standing and suspended warm air heaters, gas and oil fired dual fuel pressure burners and high level radiant heater panels.

PLUMBING WORKS

Installation of sanitary ware including soils, showers, urinals, toilet pans, cubicles, drain cleaning and repairs.

COMMERCIAL CATERING

Our fully trained and qualified engineers are responsible for servicing, repairing and installing a variety of commercial catering equipment in a diverse range of environments to a wide range of customers.

WATER HYGIENE SERVICES

Legislation and media attention have combined to make company owners increasingly aware of their responsibilities for maintaining healthy and safe working environments with the control of Legionella and other bacteria for their employees and the general public.

Our Water Hygiene Services Include:

Water System Legionella risk assessment to ACOP's.
Hot and Cold Water monitoring and inspection services with sentinel points for temperature monitoring.
Cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water systems and chemical de-scaling of water systems.
Upgrade and refurbishment of water systems, complete with tank cleans and chlorination.
Logbook maintenance programmes with custom-built contracts to customers requirements.

System design to reduce pipe work dead legs as the WRAS regulations.

Our engineers have the necessary expertise and confined spaces qualifications to carry out all of these tasks.

Included in our remit is the painting and refurbishment of all sizes of cold water storage vessels solid construction or sectional.

Gas pipe work design and installation from single to multi boiler installs
Competent in the installation of electro fusion welded gas mains upto and including 150mm.
Oil pipe work design and installation both underground and surface mounted in steel and copper.
Heating and hot water pipe work in steel cut and screwed, welded and copper.
Plastic pipe work for heating, hot and cold water services, waste and soil installations.

Basically if gas, oil, air and water pass through it, we do it.

CLEAN AIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

It is known that poor quality air within mechanically ventilated buildings negatively impacts on the health of those using it, causing symptoms such as tiredness, lethargy, headaches, itchy skin and eye irritation.

Building owners have a clear duty to make sure that they have systems in place to ensure that they have assessed the risks which may be present in their ventilation system; and that regular monitoring and maintenance such as duct cleaning and a planned filter replacement programme are also set in place.
